Standard
Interfaces
Most of the dai
counters incorporate some sort of interface circuitry in the enclosure
to pre-condition the sensor signal for our MicroCounts units. Below
are listed the currently offered interfaces. We manufacture or purchase
these interface circuits. If you have a sensor need that is not listed,
we can manufacture or purchase a suitable interface for it. All of
our interface designs are very low power, suitable for battery operation.

Air Switches
|
We manufacture our air switch interfaces with one, two, or four inputs.
They are all designed to work with standard air hoses used for traffic
counting of vehicles and bicycles. (See part # D101-6). |
|
Loop Detectors
|
Our loop detectors will interface to two loops. These detectors
will work with most roadway installed loops. (See part # D121-3) |
|
IR Interfaces
|
We manufacture our IR interfaces for one or two inputs. These
interfaces work with all industry standard IR sensors. |
|
Piezo Detectors
|
We manufacture our Piezo detectors with four or eight inputs.
These interfaces have a sensitivity setting which will allow them to interface
to all of the commercially available Piezo sensor types. (See part
#s D121-9 & D121-10) |
|
Pulser Unit
|
The Pulser is an eight channel interface designed to interface our
MicroCounts units to existing signal detectors in a signal cabinet without
interferring with the signal detectors operations. (See part # D101-18) |
