Added a STORE TOTALS ONLY option, if you select two directions
and a Total, for use in one way counts with loops, where you only want
to store away the total for that direction.

Added an "Invalid Time" dialog, to allow changing of starting
time, if unit reports an invalid one.

When saving files, filename is now updated in the QuickView
title and in the statusbar.

When opening a file, if you change to a new directory, that
is now remembered as your data path.

New minor bug introduced in 1.04, there was one garbage character
at the end of the location on the reports. Fixed.

Can now tag & print up to approx. 16 files max, instead
of approx. 4 files. This will be increased even more.
